Reservation Guarantee:

  • To confirm your reservation, please ensure payment via Cash, UPI, or bank transfer in advance.

Check-in and check-out timing:

  • Check-in time is at 2:00 pm and check-out time is at 12:00 Noon
    (Early Check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges).
  • All Guests should carry and produce at the time of Check In an original copy of a valid Passport and visa (essential for all Foreigners), Driving License or Voters ID Card or Aadhaar Card (essential for all Indians) as a proof of Identity.
  • Any revision in Taxes imposed by the Government will be levied accordingly.
  • Extra Person/ Bed Charges applicable.

Cancellation policy​:

  • Guaranteed reservations can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the event date without any charges. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event will result in a full cancellation fee equivalent to the booking amount.
  • Cancellations for B2B or group bookings must be made at least 7 days prior to the arrival date to avoid charges. Cancellations within this period will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to one night’s room charge for the entire booking.
  • No Shows will attract 1 night Room Rental charges +Taxes as applicable.

Privacy policy:

  • It’s mandatory for the guest to present valid photo identification with address proof at the time of check in. Valid Passport & Visa (essential for all Foreigners), Driving License, Voter card or Aadhar card as a proof of identity. Pan Card will not be accepted as a valid ID card.

  • Damages to the hotel property or unusually dirty room, which requires additional cleaning, a sanitation fee of INR 5,000 will be levied in your bill. 

  • Guest under 18 years of age are not permitted to check in or stay without being accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

  • If arrival is early in the morning and the room is required on arrival, early check-in charges will be applicable. Request for late checkouts are subject to availability and cannot be confirmed in advance.

  • No visitors are allowed in the rooms past 08:00PM.

  • All hotel rooms are strictly NON-SMOKING room. If found, a sanitation fee of INR 5,000 will be levied to your bill.

  • Child Policy: Below 5 Years there is no charge. All revision in Taxes imposed by the government will be levied accordingly, Extra Person/Bed Charges applicable.

  • In the event you leave the hotel without settling your payment, please be informed that the hotel reserves the right to take necessary legal action to recovery the outstanding amount, including reporting the matter to law.

  • Pets are not allowed in the hotel for hygiene and health concern.

  • The hotel is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Please use in-room L-safe for valuables.
