Reservation Guarantee:

  • To confirm your reservation, please ensure payment via Cash, UPI, or bank transfer in advance.

Check-in and check-out timing:

  • Check-in time is at 2:00 pm and check-out time is at 12:00 Noon
    (Early Check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges).
  • All Guests should carry and produce at the time of Check In an original copy of a valid Passport and visa (essential for all Foreigners), Driving License or Voters ID Card or Aadhaar Card (essential for all Indians) as a proof of Identity.
  • Any revision in Taxes imposed by the Government will be levied accordingly.
  • Extra Person/ Bed Charges applicable.

Cancellation policy​:

  • Guaranteed reservations can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the event date without any charges. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event will result in a full cancellation fee equivalent to the booking amount.
  • Cancellations for B2B or group bookings must be made at least 7 days prior to the arrival date to avoid charges. Cancellations within this period will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to one night’s room charge for the entire booking.
  • No Shows will attract 1 night Room Rental charges +Taxes as applicable.

Privacy policy:

  • Our Hotel Rooms are entirely Smoke-Free. Smoking is permitted in Parking area, Public areas and Garden.
  • Damaged of Hotel property or unusually dirty which requires additional cleaning, a sanitation fees of INR 5000/- will be levied in your bill.
  • All guest rooms are strictly Non-Smoking room. Sanitation fee of INR 5000/- will be levied to your bill if smoking is detected in the room.
  • The hotel is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Please use in-room L-safe for valuables.
  • Pets are not allowed in the hotel, For Hygiene and Health Concern.
